The List
The following people pay themselves for their everyday services. Therefore, they shall have no rewards from God in heaven.
- Ministers OF God, who charge money for consultation, spiritual work, prayers, etc.
People show pay for materials and transport. Ministers should not insist on being paid for the work they do in God’s name. it is God who shall pay them, even abundantly in heaven.
Then, after the prayers or spiritual work, people should give gifts to the ministers according to what they have and as they choose to do out of joyful volition, without force or persuasion. Refer to a case of a pastor who was complaining of gift being too small, without knowing that his member borrowed the money was borrowed in order to present gifts to the pastor. Also, refer to a case of a woman who went and borrowed money to buy thanksgiving materials, but after the presentation, God said the woman should sell all the gifts and return the money to those who lent her money. Very importantly, remember that the ministers of God are not beggars because they are always busy:
- Praying for your success and prosperity and protection.
- Attending to cases of death.
- Solving the problems of people.
- Receiving and interpreting messages from God.
- Holding consultations with people.
- Rendering one kind of duty or another for the good of his flock.
- Etc.
Do not forget that the minister has little or no time to attend to his personal needs. Therefore, when you give gifts to them, remember that you are giving to God. Besides, do not avoid the only opportunity to increase your heavenly accounts by giving selfless services and gifts to people, even as you increase your earthly bank savings account by adding money to it.
- Those who insist on tips before they render services.
...
- Workers who cause people to pay extra payments above official charges.
...
- Security officers who collect money from people.
Learn from God’s Supreme Military Commander, Michael, who is always defending helpless sinners in the presence of God, despite the fact that he has power to wipe them out.
- Families, who welcome the rich, but scare away the poor and helpless.
...
- Those who charge fees for every service rendered.
...
- Those who charge visitors and travellers extra or high fees,
whereas God said we should attend to every visitor or traveler very well and help him in his journey.
- Those who render services for thanks, rewards, praises, preferential treatment, etc.
...
- Those who like to answer big names and titles,
because they made donations or helped somebody.
- Those who embezzle public funds.
...
- Those who eat without giving to others.
...
- Those who take the best, and give the worst portions to others.
...
- Those who do not serve others, but always want to be served.
...
- Those who first serve themselves before serving others.
...
- Those who pretend (eye service),
who pretend to be doing something when they are not actually doing it. This is hypocrisy, and hypocrites do not, and cannot, enter the kingdom of God.
- Those who insist on appellations being added to their names.
Emulate God. The number of times we call His name without titles is far more than the number of times we call His name with appellations.
- Those who love positions of honour, in public and high places.
The worst are those people who look down on others simply because they are exalted or because others are not in exalted positions.
